How does identity management relate to our self concept?
I asked this question because i need hel answering it for an exam that i cannot seem to find the answer in my textbook. The exam is for a conflict resolution class I am taking and thIs class is called conflict and communication. Thank you!
your text more than likely does say what it means but in other words and they expect you to be good enough in comprehension to figure it out.
self concept means how you see yourself, and identity management means managing the identity or the way you see yourself. In resolving conflicts with other people you need to know how you see yourself and how others see you.
