What job options exist for a veteran teacher with a BA in History and a masters in English/TESOL?
I have spent nearly a decade teaching at-risk students at some fo the "toughest" schools. I could have transferred to a non-at risk school, but don’t know if my heart would be in it. I’m proud of all I have done, but can’t continue the pace I have been on. I spent years with average class sizes over 40 students with little support or resources to work with. I knew this going in, but I can’t keep it up forever and need a change.
What other jobs might I be able to do besides teaching or going into administration? I have great management, motivational, and conflict resolution skills. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Try general public schools, elementary, middle, or high school.You could teach at either schools because you have your BA & MA. Maybe it’s time for you to take time for you. I understand about the kids-at-risk, but what about you, you don’t want to be at-risk either far as personal, social, emotional, just look into regular school with smaller class-size, like kindergarten at lest you would have an assistant to help you. I think that you qualified for any position. hope this helps.

As one teaching vet to another, think about going into business for yourself. Sell your knowledge or train others,
I moved out of writing and teaching and started a web site, about teaching writing. I’m going to teach online courses, sell materials online.
Two friends who are teachers work for themselves teaching online a hour a day after school and pull down $24K.
